The Energy Research Collaborative works alongside API to educate, research, and engage local communities, and includes members such as the American Association of Blacks in Energy, the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, and the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.
